94 Acres of land requires a lot of care and time. The property needs to be planned well in development and in maintenance. The Facilities and Grounds Manager will be largely in control of maintenance of existing facilities and development of the property. Needs to have good understanding of sustainable energies and grounds keeping. This position requires knowledge of all construction trades and project management. This position requires good communication skills and patience.
Will oversee safety and may need to hire 24/7 security for the property. Needs to be able to recruit and oversee laborers, work teams and contractors for various portions of the development, while maintaining the existing facilities. This position will work closely with the Office Manager, and Gardener / Farm manager.
