One of the main goals of Árbol de Vida is to be a fully sustainable property. The Gardener / Farmer will oversee growing and harvesting essentials for ministry and events. This individual will work closely with the Community Development Director, the Kitchen Manager, Grounds Manager, and Natural Health Coach.
This position includes design strategy for best produce and recognizing the climate conditions. Management of all facilities and construction of all future facilities as it pertains to the development needs of the property and ministry. Potential inclusion: to host a once-a-week farmers market to help raise funds for the overall operations of the farm / garden.
